The hard launch of the LGA's Lake Protector™ web app on May 17, 2023, brought a flurry of positive press, and, even better, a large number of new registrations for this digital tool that evaluates the physical characteristics of developed properties in the Lake George watershed and offers science-based recommendations to protect the Lake.

• Digital platforms msn.com and Facebook for Lake George Regional Chamber of Commerce
• TV broadcast stations News10 and News13
• Radio station North Country Public Radio
This first-of-its-kind app is designed to give people the information they need to protect the Lake they love. Given the mounting threats to Lake George, stormwater runoff in particular, it will take all of us to keep our Lake clear and clean. The LGA, as an advocate and service provider in the name of Lake protection, is available to guide people with implementation of the app's recommendations for their property.
